SESSION 1
September 8, 2009 through November 2, 2009 (8 weeks)
SESSION 2
November 3, 2009 through January 16, 2010 (8 weeks)
*No classes November 24-28, 2009 and
December 22, 2009 to January 2, 2010
SESSION 3
January 19, 2010 through March 15, 2010 (8 weeks)
SESSION 4
March 16, 2010 through May 10, 2010 (8 weeks)
SESSION 5
May 11, 2010 through June 19, 2010 (6 weeks)
RATES:
YEARLY REGISTRATION FEE
$35.00 per student (renewable each September). Pro-rated after January.
TUITION RATES-
8 Week session:
45-60 min class $112.00 per session
1.5 hour class $136.00 per session
*Session 5 pro-rated at 6 week rate $84.00 for 45- 60 min classes and $102.00 for
1.5 hour classes.
**SPECIAL SESSION 3, 4 & 5 DAY-TIME DISCOUNT!! 50% off regular tuition rates
for classes that meet before 4:00 pm. No other discounts apply.
We accept checks and cash only. Special split monthly payments can be
arranged.
DISCOUNTS:
10% discounts applied for each additional family member
10% discounts applied for each additional class with-in the same session.
$10.00 finders fee for each new student referred by you (with referral form)
Student may participate once registration fee, tuition fee, and 2009-2010 waiver
and release form have been received. Sorry no exceptions.
*Classes are limited and therefore students are enrolled on a first come first serve
basis. You are not officially enrolled until all necessary forms and fees are accepted.
