DISCOUNTED DAYTIME PROGRAMS
All classes held before 4:00 pm on Monday- Friday will be 50%
off of the regular rate beginning January 19, 2010. If you and
your group would like to reserve a class time that is not on our
schedule feel free to call and we will do our best to
accommodate you.



CIRCUS CLASS

Join our expert circus staff members Donna and Vladimir to
learn some awesome stunts using the trapeze and silk fabric.
Tumbling stunts will be emphasized too. Private Circus Arts
instruction is also available.

Tuesday 5:30-6:30 (7:00). Wednesday 5:15-6:16
8 week session- 1-hour class $112.00/ 1-1/2 hour class $136

PILATES, STRETCH AND STRENGTH
For all ages
Designed for those interested in increasing core strength,
muscle tone, flexibility and balance. Donna and Vladimir lead
this 50 minute class which is a mixture of Pilate's, yoga, gentle
weight training and stretching. Participants can move at their
own pace; everything is done in a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
